2014 L.I.F.E Application

Helping people with limited incomes access recreation opportunities.

Each family member will receive a coupon booklet for program discounts at any Saanich Recreation Centre. Each family member over 5 years of age (under 5 years are free) also receive a 52 free admission card to use for drop-in activities at any recreation centre in Greater Victoria (swimming, skating, weight room & fitness)

To Apply:

Pick up an application form at any Greater Victoria Recreation Centre, as well as; at James Bay New Horizons. Complete the application form.

Take the application for Greater Victoria Recreation Centre or James Bay New Horizons, along with: Proof of Victoria residency (utility bill or driver's license) BC Care Card for every family member.

Every family member must have their photo taken for the admission card

If you qualify, a coupon booklet and admission card will be immediately issued to every member of the family.
