In today’s economy, it seems the cost of living just keeps climbing. From managing housing payments to fueling your vehicle or even just maintaining a mobile phone plan, many essential expenses are steadily rising. The stresses on most people are real.

More than Meals is a lifeline for many seniors in our region, especially as approximately 23 per cent of Victoria's population is more than 65 years old. This demographic is only expected to grow – and struggle with the cost of living. Isolation among seniors is equally concerning, especially as it can worsen conditions like depression and anxiety.
 
The impact of More than Meals goes beyond alleviating hunger. It fosters a sense of belonging, improves mental well-being, and enhances the overall quality of life for seniors who might otherwise feel forgotten.
